Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, güzel sanatlar lisesi çalgı eğitimi viyola dersi öğretmenlerinin özel alan yeterliklerini, müzik öğretmeni yetiştiren yükseköğretim kurumlarında viyola üzerine eğitim veren öğretim elemanlarının ve güzel sanatlar lisesi çalgı eğitimi viyola dersi öğretmenlerinin yer aldığı bir grup uzmanın görüşleri doğrultusunda oluşturarak ve uzmanlar arasında görüş birliğini sağlayarak belirlemektir. Araştırmada Geleneksel (Klasik) Delphi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, araştırma konusuna ilişkin literatür taraması ve kontrollü görüş geribildirimiyle sergilenen bir dizi anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Bir dizi anket aracılığıyla elde edilen nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizi nicel verilerin analizinde ise merkezi eğilim ve dağılım ölçüleri (medyan - aritmetik ortalama - çeyrekler arası fark - frekans) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda 7 yeterlik alanı (Müzikal Performans, Öğrencileri Tanıma, Viyola Öğrenimini Kolaylaştırma, Değerlendirme Sürecini Planlama ve Uygulama, Öğrenme Ortamları Oluşturma, İşbirliği Yapma, Mesleki Gelişme ve Mesleğe Katkı Sağlama) altında toplanan 26 yeterlik ifadesine ulaşılmıştır ve özel alan yeterliklerine ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

A Draft Suggestion On The Determination Of Subject-specific Competence Of Instrument Training-viola Lesson Teachers In The Fine Art High School

Abstract:

The purpose of this research was to determine the subject specific competences of instrument training-viola lesson teachers in the fine arts high school by obtaining the opinion consensus of a group of experts. Conventional (Classical) Delphi method was used in the research. The research data were collected through a review of the literature on the topic of the research and a series of questionnaires interspersed with controlled opinion feedback. In the analysis of qualitative data, content analysis was used. As for the quantitative data, central tendency and distribution (median, arithmetic mean, interquartile range, frequency) measures have been used. As a result of the research, 26 competences under 7 competence areas (Musical Performance, Recognizing Students, Facilitating Viola Learning, Planning and Implementing Assessment Process, Creating Learning Environments, Collaboration, Professional Growth and Professional Contribution) were reached and suggestions on the subject specific competences were made.
