Fiziksel, sosyal ve kültürel ortam insan gelişimini etkileyen önemli çevresel etmenlerdir ve bu çevredeki değişimler insan gelişimini olumlu ya da olumsuz yönde etkileyebilmektedir. En önemli çevresel değişimlerden biri de göçtür. Göç yaşantısında, çevresel değişim genellikle ani olduğundan, bireylerin uyum süreci bu değişimden olumsuz yönde etkilenebilmektedir. Özellikle çocuk ve ergenlerde göç yaşantısının etkileri daha olumsuz olabilmektedir. Bunun nedeni çocuk ve ergenlerin fiziksel ve ruhsal büyümeyle birlikte, göçle gelen ani değişimle aynı anda baş etme zorunluluğuna bağlanmaktadır. Savaşın içinden çıkıp gelen çocuklar psikolojik olarak zor bir dönem yaşamakta, bununla birlikte iletişim problemleri, kültür şoku, dışlanmışlık hissi gibi pek çok problemle baş etmek zorunda kalmaktadırlar. Bu araştırma da eğitim kurumlarına devam eden göçmen çocukların yaşadıkları uyum problemlerinin öğretmen görüşleri açısından incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması desenine uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Veri analizi betimsel analiz yöntemine göre işlenmiştir. Temalar belirlenerek kodlamalar yapılmış ve yorumlanmıştır.
Physical, social and cultural environments are important environmental factors that affect human development, and changes in this environment can affect human development in a positive or negative way. One of the most important environmental changes is migration. As environmental change is often sudden in the migration life, the process of adaptation of individuals can be negatively affected by this change. The effects of migration, especially in children and adolescents, can be more negative. This is due to the obligation of children and adolescents, along with physical and spiritual growth, to deal with sudden change that comes with migration at the same time. The children who come out of the war are experiencing a psychically difficult period, but they have to deal with many problems, such as communication problems, cultural shock, the feeling of exclusion. This study was also conducted with the aim of examining the problems of harmony of immigrant children living in educational institutions from the point of view of teachers. The work is carried out according to the study methods. The data is collected in a semi-configured interview form. Data analysis is processed according to the visual analysis method. Themes have been defined and coded.
