So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

ENGELLİ BİREYLERİN EĞİTİM VE İSTİHDAMI İÇİN BİR MODEL ÖNERİSİ
2016

Abstract:

Abstract:

Productivity is the key to development and prosperity in the long run and can be defined as to use all resources to produce the highest output. Human resource is critical for productivity, but often overlooked, and the largest minority group, people with disabilities, usually are not taken into account for the productivity. Due to many different factors, people with disabilities were excluded from social and economic life. One of the aim of this study is to minimize the negative perception against people with disabilities, but the main goal is to propose a model that through which disabled people can contribute to their societies. The model includes effective career planning and necessary education/training for the people with disabilities except the mentally handicapped. The selection of suitable occupations, face to face education, Disabilities Education Centers, supporting technologies and equipment, scholarship and incentive systems for promoting education and the life coaches who are responsible for guiding the disabled are the elements of this model. It is believed that with the integration of public employment disability plan to the model, the model will be able to alter the negative perception towards disabled and people with disabilities will be one of the essential elements of the economic development and welfare.
