So many results that aren't mine?

İŞ DOYUMUNU ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLER: BUTİK OTEL ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract:

Butik otel çalışanları üzerine gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada otel çalışanlarınn iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca otel işletmeleri çalışanlarının demografik özelliklerine göre iş doyumu düzeylerinin farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını saptamak amacıyla analizler yapılmıştır. Alan araştırmasında anket tekniği kullanılmış, veriler iş doyum ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, butik otel çalışanlarının iş doyumunu etkileyen önemli faktörlerin “iş arkadaşları, yöneticinin tutumu, hak ve ödenekler, terfi ve ücret” olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların bazı demografik özellikleri ile iş doyum düzeyleri arasında farklılıklar olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting job satisfaction of employees in a boutique hotel. In addition, in this study some analyses has made to determine whether the employees job satisfaction levels differ according to demographic characteristics. As a research method survey method is used and the data is collected by a standardized job satisfaction scale. The findings has indicated that "colleagues, attitude of the manager, rights, wages, promotion and the salaries" are significant factors in job satisfaction of employees in a boutique hotel. Furthermore the research has shown that the hotel employees job satisfaction based their certain demographic characteristics.
