Araştırmanın amacını, Elazığ ilindeki profesyonel takım sporlarında görev yapan antrenörlerin iletişim beceri düzeylerinin araştırılması, spor branşınız, yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, kaç yıldır bu spor branşını yapmaktasınız ve şimdiki antrenörü ile kaç yıldır birlikte çalışıyorsunuz gibi değişkenler ile aralarındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Antrenörlerin, iletişim becerilerinin değerlendirildiği bu araştırma da veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini tanımlamaya yönelik sorular yer alırken, ikinci bölümde İ. Yılmaz (2008) tarafından geliştirilen iletişim beceri ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılıp SSPS istatistik paket programı ile değerlendirilerek anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak alınmıştır. The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of communication skills of the coaches who are involved in the professional team sports in the province of Elazığ, the study of the relationship between them, such as your sports branch, age, gender, training status, how many years you have been doing this sport branch and how many years you have worked with your current coach. This research, where coaches evaluate their communication skills, has also been used as a survey tool for data collection. The survey consists of two sections. The first part includes questions about the demographic characteristics of the participants, while the second part uses the communication skills scale developed by I. Yılmaz (2008). The data is transferred to the computer environment and evaluated by the SSPS statistical package program and the significance level is taken as p<0.05 . The purpose of this research was analyzing of communication skill levels of trainers who working in professional team sports in Elazığ city and examining the relationship between variables towards branch of sports, age, gender, education status, how many years are you doing this sport branch, how many years do you work with your coach.
