So many results that aren't mine?

Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda müşteri odaklı yaklaşımın benimsenmesi ve sağlıkta toplam kalite yönetimi çalışmalarının ve uygulamalarının önem kazanmaya başlaması, küresel rekabetin hızlandığı günümüzde kaçınılmaz bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sağlık sektöründeki toplam kalite yönetiminin iyileştirilmesine yönelik gerek özel teşebbüs gerekse de devlet tarafından yapılan uygulamaların, her geçen gün sağlık sektörünün önemli bir paydasını oluşturan hastaların memnuniyetine yönelik olarak farklılaştığı ve geliştiği görülmektedir. Bu açıdan müşteri memnuniyeti ve müşteri sadakatinin sağlanması noktasında kurumların kaliteyi iyileştirmeye dönük çabaları bu çalışmanın özünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu yönleriyle ele alınan çalışmada sağlık sektöründe uygulanan toplam kalite yönetimine ilişkin çeşitli roller (devlet, hasta ve sağlık sektöründe çalışanlar) perspektifinde değerlendirilmiştir.

in the presentation of healthcare services, the adoption of customer-oriented approach and the importance of total quality management studies and practices in health is becoming inevitable when global competition is speeded, in order to improve the total quality management in the health sector, and special logic, and the applications made by the state are different in the satisfaction of the patients who create an important share of the health sector and develop in this respect, the efforts to improve the quality of the institutions at the point of providing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are evaluated in the total management of health sector in the study, which is addressed with these aspects of this study

Adoption of customer oriented approach in presentation of health services and the total quality management works and practices that started gaining importance in health sector, are emerging as an inevitable phenomenon in today’s rapidly increasing global competition. The applications carried out by either private enterprises or government and directed toward improvement of the total quality management in health sector are increasingly differentiating and improving to satisfy patients that comprise a significant part of the health sector. In this respect, ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty for efforts to improve the quality of institutions is the essence of this study. In this study the total quality management being practiced in health sector has been evaluated in terms of various roles (government, patients and workers in health sector).
