İmaj, Fransızcadan dilimize geçmiş bir sözcüktür. Türkçe sözlükte karşılık olarak imge kelimesi de kullanılmıştır. Edebi metinlerin, özellikler şiirin ortaya çıkışında, günlük hayatta kullanılan kelime ve ifadelerin şairin süzgecinden geçerek şiire girmesi söz konusudur. Bu süzme süreci, şairin muhayyilesindeki çağrışımların ve benzetmelerin kelimelere yansıması sonucu imajı doğurur. Bir anlamda, kelime ve ifadelerin şairin hayalindeki görüntüsü imajlar şeklinde tezahür eder. İmajla ilgili yapılan değerlendirmelerde ortak nokta hayal kelimesiyle eş anlamlı olarak kullanılması olur. Cahit Külebi, 1917 yılında ülkenin var olma mücadelesinin ortasında doğmuştur. Aile doğumdan birkaç ay önce Erzurum’dan Zile’ye göç etmiştir. Külebi, şiire meylinin çocukluk günlerindeki hayallerinden doğduğunu belirtmiş; ilk şiirlerini ise lise döneminde Sivas’ta yayımlamıştır. Memuriyetleri sebebiyle Ankara’da yaşamış olsa da lise sonrası döneme kadar Anadolu insanı ve coğrafyasıyla haşır neşir olmuş ve şiirine bu öğeleri yansıtmıştır. Bu durum onun şiirindeki Anadolu’ya ait unsurların yaşantı sonucu oluşmasını sağlamıştır. Külebi, 1930 kuşağındaki birçok şairle tanışıklığı ve dostluğuna rağmen özgün bir şair olarak kalmış; herhangi bir grup veya akım içerisinde yer almamıştır. Bu durum, uzun sayılabilecek şiir serüveni boyunca şiirinin özgün olmasına ve kendi ifadesiyle baştan sona çizgisini değiştirmemesiyle neticelenmiştir. Külebi’nin şiiriyle ilgili yapılan değerlendirme ve incelemelerde bu noktayla birlikte Anadolu, Anadolu insanı, halk şiiri ve halk türkülerinin şiirinin merkezinde yer aldığı söylenmiştir. Cahit Külebi’nin şiirlerindeki imajlar, yalnızlık, zaman, ölüm ve kadın kategorilerinde değerlendirilecektir.
It is a word that has passed from our French language. In the Turkish dictionary the word is used. Literary texts, characteristics in the appearance of the poem, the words and expressions used in everyday life are the subject of the poet's passage through the poem. This process of scrolling generates the image as a result of the reflection of the calls and comparisons in the poet's literature to the words. In a sense, the image of words and expressions in the poet’s dream manifests in the form of images. In the evaluation of the image, the common point is to be used equivocally with the word imagination. Cahit Kulebi was born in the middle of the country’s struggle for existence in 1917. The family migrated from Erzurum to Zile a few months before birth. Kulebi said the poem was born of his childhood dreams; his first poems were published in Sivas during his high school period. Although he lived in Ankara because of his officials, he was very pleased with the Anadolu man and his geography until his secondary school period and reflected these items in his poetry. This has made it possible for the elements of Anatolia in his poetry to be a result of life. Clébi, despite his familiarity and friendship with many poets in the 1930s, remained an original poet; he was not included in any group or stream. This is the result that the poetry is original throughout the long-lasting poem and that it does not change its line from beginning to end with its own expression. In the evaluations and reviews of the Poetry of Külebi, it is said that this point is at the center of the Poetry of Anadolu, Anadolu people, folk poetry and folk turquoises. The images in the poems of Cahit Kulebi will be evaluated in the categories of loneliness, time, death and woman.

In a sense, the image of words and expressions in the poet's dream emerges as images. In the evaluation of the image, the common point is to use the word dream in a meaningful way. Cahit Külebi, was born in 1917 in the midst of the country's struggle for existence. Family migrated from Erzurum to Zile a few months before birth. Külebi stated that poetry was born from his childhood dreams; and he published his first poems in Sivas during his High School period. Although he lived in Ankara because of his civil servants, he had been with Anatolian people and geography until the post-high school period and reflected these elements to his poetry. This situation has led to the fact that the elements of Anatolia in his poem were created as a result of life. This situation resulted in the fact that his poetry was authentic throughout his long-counted poetry adventure and that he did not change the line from beginning to end in his own words.Despite his acquaintance and friendship with many poets in the 1930 generation, Külebi remained as an original poet; it was not included in any group or movement. In the assessments and Reviews made on the poem of Külebi, it is said that the poetry of Anatolian, Anatolian people, folk poetry and folk songs is located in the center of this point. The images in Cahit külebi's poems will be evaluated in the categories of loneliness, time, death and women.
