OKUL MÜDÜRLERİNİN HİZMETKAR LİDERLİK DAVRANIŞLARI İLE ÖĞRETMENLERİN İŞ DOYUMU ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLER

Abstract:

ÖZET Bu araştırma öğretmen algılarına göre ortaokul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasındaki ilişki belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma verileri, 2018 yılı Denizli ili Pamukkale ilçesindeki 326 öğretmenden alınan anketlerden elde edilen verilerden sağlanmıştır. Ortaokul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için Pearson Korelasyon testi kullanılmıştır. Ortaokul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasındaki ilişki büyüklüğünü ölçmek için Regresyon Analizi testi kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler ve alt boyutları arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde Hizmetkâr liderlik ile iş doyumunun dışsallık alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde bir ilişki, hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeğinin mütevazı ve sorumlu yöneticilik alt boyutu ile iş doyumu ölçeğinin dışsallık alt boyutu arasında orta düzeyde pozitif bir ilişki bulunduğu görülmektedir. Diğer boyutlar arasında pozitif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki bulunduğu görülmektedir. Ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iş doyumunun hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeğinin alt boyutları ile birlikte orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki gösterdiği görülmüştür. Regresyon analizinin anlamlılığına ilişkin t-testi sonuçları incelendiğinde ise, sadece mütevazılık ve sorumlu yöneticilik değişkeninin iş doyumu üzerinde önemli (anlamlı) bir yordayıcı olduğu görülmektedir. Diğer değişkenler önemli bir etkiye sahip değildir.

The same This research, according to the teachers' perceptions, aimed at determining the relationship between high school managers' serviced leadership behavior and teachers' job satisfaction. The research data is provided from the data obtained from the survey received from 326 teachers in the 2018 Denizli or Pamukkale district. The Pearson Correlation test has been used to determine the relationship between high school managers' serviced leadership behaviors and teachers' job satisfaction. Regression Analysis test has been used to measure the size of the relationship between high school managers' serviced leadership behaviors and teachers' job satisfaction. When the relationship between scales and subdimensions is studied, there is a positive middle-level relationship between the subdimensions of service leadership and the subdimensions of business satisfaction, a positive middle-level relationship between the subdimensions of service leadership and the subdimensions of responsible management and the subdimensions of business satisfaction and the subdimensions of business satisfaction. There is a weak positive relationship between the other dimensions. It has been shown that high school teachers have a meaningful relationship with the lower dimensions of the serving leadership scale of business satisfaction. When the t-test results on the meaning of the regression analysis are examined, only humility and responsible management variables appear to be an important (sensitive) contributor to the job satisfaction. Other variables do not have a significant effect.

This research was aimed to determine the relationship between secondary school principals 'servant leadership behaviors and teachers' job satisfaction according to teachers perception. The data was obtained from the surveys of 326 teachers from Pamukkale, Denizli in 2018 year. The Pearson Correlation test was used to determine the relationship between the servant leadership behaviors of secondary school managers and teachers' job satisfaction. Regression analysis test was used to measure the relationship between the servant leadership behaviors of secondary school managers and the job satisfaction of the teachers. When the relationship between the scales and their sub-dimensions were to be examined, there was a moderate positive relationship between servant leadership and the externality sub-dimension of job satisfaction, a modest positive relationship between the sub-dimensions of modest and responsible management of the servant leadership scale and the externality sub-dimension of the job satisfaction scale. There is a weak positive relationship between the other dimensions. It was observed that the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers showed a significant correlation with sub-dimensions of servant leadership scale. When the t-test results of the significance of the regression analysis are examined, it is seen that only modesty and responsible managerial variable is a significant (meaningful) predictor on job satisfaction. Other variables do not have a significant effect.
