Günümüzde, çocukların ahlaki erdemler konusundaki artan duyarsızlığı ve yabancılaşmasına yol açan unsurlar, gittikçe daha karmaşık, denetlenemez ve gözle görülebilir bir biçimde artmaktadır Çocukları iyi birer insan olarak yetiştirebilmek için okulun ve ailelerin birbirlerinin desteğine ihtiyacı vardır. Bu yüzden okul-aile iş birliği anlayışının ahlak eğitimine katkı sunacak bir biçimde dönüşümüne ihtiyaç vardır. Çocukların ahlaken olgunlaşması için okul ve aile bir arada çocukla iş birliği yapabilmeli ve bunun etkin ve yeni yollarını bulabilmelidir. Burada vurgulanması gereken iş birliğinin merkezinde çocuğun bulunmasıdır. Bu çalışma, yukarıda ifade edilen iş birliği ihtiyacını ve anlayışını ortaya koyarak ahlak eğitimi alanında okul-aile-çocuk iş birliğini sağlayabilecek öneriler sunmayı amaçlayan nitel bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırmada önerilen iş birliği yolları şunlardır: • Okul döneminin başında okulun velilerden ve velilerin okuldan özellikle olumlu davranış geliştirme beklentileri netleştirilebilir ve karşılıklı görüş alışverişi ortamında bunlar paylaşılabilir. • Okul, aile ve çocuk kitle iletişim araçlarının ve sosyal medyanın sebep olduğu değer erozyonunu mümkün olduğunda önleyebilmek için iş birliği yapabilirler. • Yürütülmekte olan ahlak eğitimi sürecinin içeriği hakkında veliler düzenli olarak bilgilendirilebilir. • Okuldaki ahlak eğitimi sürecine evde okulda ve sosyal hayatta birer katılımcı olarak veliler de dâhil edilebilir. • Veliler çocuklarının olumlu ve örnek davranışları için okula davet edilerek veya farklı iletişim yollarıyla mektup, kişiye özel mesaj vb. takdir edilebilir, kendilerine teşekkür edilebilir. • Okulda çocuklarda olumlu davranışların artırılıp olumsuz davranışların azaltılması veli denetiminin katkısı sağlanabilir. • Okul-çocuk-aile okuma grupları oluşturulabilir.
Today, the elements that lead to the increasing insensitivity and alienation of children in the matter of moral virtues are increasingly complex, uncontrollable and visible.The children need the support of each other by school and families to be able to raise them as a good person. Therefore, the understanding of school-family cooperation needs to be transformed in a way that will contribute to moral education. To get children morally mature, school and family should be able to cooperate with the child together and find effective and new ways to do so. It should be emphasized that the child is at the center of the cooperation. This study is a qualitative research aimed at presenting suggestions that can provide school-family-child cooperation in the field of ethical education by revealing the need and understanding of the cooperation mentioned above. The methods of cooperation proposed in this study are: • At the beginning of the school period, the expectations of the school’s guardians and guardians to develop especially positive behaviors from the school can be clarified, and they can be shared in the environment of mutual exchange of opinions. School, family and children can cooperate to prevent the erosion of the value caused by the mass media and the social media. • The tutors can be informed on the content of the moral training process that is being carried out regularly. The moral education process in the school can also be included as a participant in the school and social life at home. Parents are invited to school for their children’s positive and exemplary behavior or by different means of communication letters, personal messages, etc. They can be appreciated and thanked. • Increasing positive behaviors in children in school and reducing negative behaviors can be contributed to parent control. School-child-family reading groups can be created.
Nowadays, the elements that direct children to insensitivity and alienation about moral values are increasingly complex, uncontrollable and effective. In order to educate children as good people, the school and families need each other's support. Therefore, there is a need for transformation of school-family cooperation concept in a way that contributes to moral education. What should be emphasized here is that there is a child in the center of cooperation. This study is a qualitative research aiming to provide suggestions that can provide school-family-child cooperation in the field of moral education by revealing the need and understanding of cooperation mentioned above. The ways of cooperation proposed in this research as follows: • At the beginning of the school period, the mutual expectations of the school and parents regarding the development of positive behavior can be clarified and shared with the exchange of views. • The school, family and children can collaborate to prevent the erosion of the value caused by mass communication and social media as much as possible. • Parents can be informed regularly about the content of the moral education process being conducted. • Parents can be included in the school's ethics education process as a participant at home, school, and in social life. • Parents can be appreciated by inviting them to school for their children's positive and exemplary behavior, or by different means of communication, such as letters, personalized messages, and so on. • Parental supervision can be contributed to improve the positive behavior of children in school and to reduce negative behavior. • School-child-family reading groups can be created.
