Ataerkil sistem, erkekler etrafında kurulan, çoğunluğu erkek olmakla birlikte her iki cinsiyetin de yer alabildiği bir alandır. Bu sistemde kuralları erkekler belirler. Kadınlar ataerkil sistem içerisinde yer alabilmek için, ataerkilliğin belirlediği kuralları benimsemek ve bunlar doğrultusunda davranmak zorundadır. Ata kelimesine güç gösterme, denetleme, hakimiyet kurma anlamlarını veren erk kelimesidir. Bu bağlamda, ataerkil aile düzeninde hakimiyet kuran, aile bireylerini denetimi altına alan babadır ve aile içerisinde kadının rolü, erkeğin verdiği yetkiyle sınırlanır. Biyolojik farklılığından dolayı ezilmeye başlayan kadının hakları, toplumsal yapının değişimiyle zamanla kısıtlanır. Ataerkil sisteme başkaldırı niteliğinde ortaya çıkan feminist hareket ile birlikte kadın evrimleşir. Akabinde kadına karşı erkeğin tutumunu ortaya koymak amacıyla feminist eleştiri kuramı ortaya çıkar. Ataerkil toplumda kadının varoluş sorunsalının, sinema filmlerinde yaygın olarak işlenmeye başlamasıyla, sinema filmlerinin ve filmlerdeki kadın rollerinin çözümlenmesinde feminist eleştiri kuramı önem kazanmaktadır. Bu kuramla, sinema filmlerinde erkeğin kadına bakış açısı, kadının toplumdaki yeri netlik kazanmaktadır. Şalvar Davası filmini incelemeye neden olan etken, bu sistem içinde kimliğini bulmayan kadınları ele almış olmasındandır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ataerkil toplumdaki cinsiyet ilişkilerinde erkeğin kadın üzerindeki etkisinden yola çıkarak, ‘Şalvar Davası’ filmindeki köylü kadınlarının ataerkil sistemde varolma sorunsalını incelemektir. Kadın erkek eşitliğinin sağlanmasıyla son bulan Şalvar Davası filminde, bulunan bulgular feminist eleştiri kuramıyla çözümlenip, filmden örneklerle desteklenecektir.
The atherical system is an area established around men, most of which are men, but both gender can be involved. The rules are determined by men in this system. In order to be part of the paternal system, women must adopt the rules established by paternity and act according to them. It is a word that gives the meaning of power, control, domination. In this context, the parent is the father who dominates the family order, who controls the family members, and the role of the woman in the family is limited to the authority given by the man. The rights of the woman, which begins to be oppressed due to biological diversity, are limited over time by changing social structure. With the feminist movement that arises as a rebellion in the atherical system, women evolve. The feminist criticism theory arises in order to reveal the attitude of a man towards a woman. With the problem of women’s existence in the atherical society, the theory of feminist criticism becomes important in the resolution of women’s roles in the cinema and films, with the problem of women’s existence becoming widespread in the cinema. With this theory, the man’s perspective on the woman in the film becomes clear, the woman’s place in society. The factor that causes the film to be studied is that it has dealt with women who do not find their identity in this system. The aim of this study is to explore the problem of the existence of rural women in the father's system, based on the influence of men on women in the gender relationships in the father's society. In the Shalvar Case film, which ends with the provision of equality between women and men, the findings will be resolved by the theory of feminist criticism and supported by examples from the film.
Patriarchal system, founded around men, although the majority of men, both sexes have a field can take place. This system determines the rules of men. Woman to adopt rules that determine patriarchy and women must act in accordance with them the take part in patriarchal system. It is the arkhō word which gives the meaning of showing muscle, controlling, dominating to the ancestor. In this context, in the patriarchal family order, father is the one who donates, controls the family members, and the role of woman is limited by the authority given by the man. Women evolve with the feminist movement that emerges as a rebellion against the patriarchal system. Then the theory of feminist criticism emerges in order to put forward the attitude of man towards woman. The existence problematic of women in patriarchal society, began to be widely used in the processing of cinema films, in the analysis of women’s roles and cinema film sare important feminist critique theory. With this theory, male’s perspective of female in cinema films, women’s place in society is gaining clear. Shalwar Case movie to examine the causative factor, unable to find the women’s identity in this system. The aim of study, in patrical gender relations in society taking the road’s impact on men’s women, ‘ Shalwar Case” in the movie to examine the problematic existence of villager women in a patriarchal system. With the ending of the ‘Shalwar Case” film ensured gendere quality, Located finding sare parsed by the feminist critique theory, it will be supported by examples from the film.
