Abstract:

Global competition conditions force today’s to constantly renew themselves, increase their entrepreneurship and innovation-focused work to survive. When the research on the subject is examined, it appears that the existence of only innovation or just entrepreneurial culture and activities in an organization remains insufficient in ensuring competitive superiority globally. In an organization where management, entrepreneurship and innovation-focused activities are integrated in a rational and effective way; ensuring competitive superiority andining a high profit margin is a expected result. The study examined the innovation and entrepreneurial activities experienced by national and international companies. You can be an innovative, entrepreneurial, or a good manager; but if you can’t effectively manage the needs of these status, failure will be inevitable, just like failed experiences in the past. The aim of this study is to point out important points in order to competitive advantage and increase profit margins, rather than that organizations do not face negative consequences in the innovation, entrepreneurship and management processes.
