Abstract:

It begins with a thoughtful thought. Thought is to reduce costs, by conducting efficiency and efficiency of processes that are cleansed from waste, and delivering excellent values to the customer. It is focused on the elimination of all waste in the manufacturing system. For high quality, low cost and customer satisfaction, the wheat production system enables employees, managers and suppliers to establish a consistent communication. First of all, the study provides information about the basic principles of thought. After the thought principles were revealed, the research was discussed with the company’s managers in a ice cream manufacturing enterprise to form the application part and the current production process was studied, the problem was over-formed and the excess of time of change and the excess of stock was detected. Value flow maping, which is one of the techniques of smooth production to reduce emerging shaped exchange times and stocks, has been applied. As a result of this application, the exchange periods and stocks are minimized and thus savings from costs and time. The new template changes are shown in the future state value flow map.
