Abstract:

The first matba was founded in 1922. With the establishment of the Matbain, the press life in Niğde has begun to develop. The first newspapers to be discovered in Niğde is the Feryad newspaper. There are seven newspapers in total. In addition, between 1924-1931 years in Niğde, Müdafaa, Nida, Niğde, Tatlıdil, Bilgi, Official Niğde newspapers and Güzel Mecmua and İlkadım magazines were published. The Feryad newspaper began its publication on July 13, 1924. However, the name of the newspaper has changed to the end of the year 1925. In this study, we will evaluate the nuts that come out with the name Feryad and we can identify the existing number 7. The oldest number we can reach with the name Feryad is the number 2 dated 24 July 1340/1924. The last number we can reach is the 25th number of January 1, 1925. The name of the newspaper was published in the New York Times on January 13, 1926. It is said that the number has changed. The newspapers are published every week and all of them are four pages. In the newspaper, the publication of national news is also used by the Anadolu Agency's news. Other than local news and developments. The political, cultural, economic, sports, health, etc. of Niğde. They are dealt with. In the first years of the Republic, it is seen that the press life has evolved rapidly after the establishment of a matbain belonging to the Daire-i Mahsusa (Ill Special Administration) in Niğde Business Hall. The first activity in this area is the Feryad newspaper. This is why we’ve been evaluating the first newspapers in our life.
