Abstract:

It is known that, unlike the written language, which is not live interlocutors but indirect interlocutors, the speaking language is a live and active interlocutor crowd. The text language is guided by the normative language rules, while the speaking language is guided by the status and level of the interlocutors. In this regard, the importance and impact of verbal culture is better understood. by Hz. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not use the language of writing as he did not write. He preferred to speak the live language. In the Arabs who are used to the written culture along with the Qur’an, the value of the oral culture is greater. It is not a daily language, but a high-speaking language. The Prophet preferred the language of writing rather than the language of speech, but it is not completely isolated from the daily language. The role and importance of the context for the correct understanding and interpretation of statements is a well-known subject. This also applies to the understanding of the events. The relationship between the cultural context and the oral culture of the external context is also clear. In our work on the impact of this issue on the understanding of the hadiths, the example will be identified and evaluated first through some hadiths, and then the importance of the subject will be emphasized.
