Abstract:

The 2023 Education Vision Certificate begins with the emphasis on the concept of "unity". Unicity is not a science fiction subject, it is a present reality. Unity is defined as the development of the biological and mental structure of man with advanced technology support. The development of technology in an exponential way has led to the defence of the phenomenon of unity with an emphasis on certainty. Many future scientists think that in the near future, people will unite machines and this will bring positive results for mankind. Transhumanism is the belief that the consequences of unity will take humanity from the present state to a higher humanity level. Transhumanists believe that many global problems will be solved after unity. In the Education Vision Certificate of 2023, a critical approach against the facts of unity and transhumanism. The reality of these two phenomena is accepted, but the document of vision reveals a unique sense of unity. The vision document says, “Our unity is the unity of man and machine, not of mind and heart.” In this study, the philosophy included in the 2023 Vision Certificate was comparatively studied with Transhumanism.
