Abstract:

This study has studied whether girls and boys who have been exposed to and have not been exposed to co-violence in pre-school children are differently adapted to school. In the research, data was obtained using the scan model. The study’s work group, a 5-6-year-old group of 200 children and school teachers in the schools where these children continue, continued to attend pre-school educational institutions located in Bingöl province. In the study, the data collection tool has been used as the Scale of Accraint Violence and the Scale of Teacher Assessment that fits the 5-6 year old school group. In the analysis of the data, "Independent t test" and "Simple True Regression Analysis" were used. Acran Violence Scale was developed by Ladd and Kochenderfer-Ladd and validity reliability studies were conducted by Gülay. The 5-6-year-old group School Adjustment Teacher Assessment Scale was developed by Ladd, Kochenfender and Coleman and validity and reliability studies were conducted by Önder and Gülay. The study found that the violence in which children’s school-adjustment points differ from the circumstances of exposure to co-violence affects girls and boys’ school-adjustment in different dimensions.
