The article is focused on the concepts interpretation of definitions «intellectualization», «informatization» and «information about the business activities». Enterprises intellectualization is a process of accumulation and improving the structure companies intellectual potential for achieving the strategic goals in globalizations and hyper competitions terms. An author’s opinion the informatization is the enterprises security by the modern hardware and software to obtain the required amount of information for making effective management decisions. Information about the business activities - is any notice of the business facts in the economic life, which have a significant impact on property performance. The range of intellectualization costs, their informatization and information have been revealed and the proportion of these costs in total costs of enterprises have been set. A new analytical accounts related to the cost of intellectualization have been proposed. An author's opinion on the sequence analysis of costs on intellectualization, informatization and information has been considered.
