Corporate governance has become an area of much research in management science beause to the large scale companies’ corruption it is a topic that interests stakeholders, shareholders, the public and the state. Before the entities are dragged into business it is seen that some operations and figures, which sometimes have not even noticed by the board of directors, and that even the executives have been able to keep secrets even from the board of directors, have unexpectedly dragged into bankruptcy. Of course, the bankruptcies of large enterprises that affect the entire country's economy because of the number of employees and the important place in the sector, of course, are not limited to only business owners (large shareholders), but all business interest groups (shareowners, employees, state, public opinion, suppliers, ) very closely related. This research has tried to explain the consequences of violating the principle of transparency and transparency, which is one of the four principles of corporate governance in the past bankruptcy incidents, how the violations are made and how the manipulations (different manifestations) are carried out. Publishing documents and information that businesses need to publish and which are not business secrets has a very important role in the enterprise management of the business. Because of this information, the public is informed about the direction and activities of the business and makes important decisions through this information. It is also clear that auditing committees established by management boards in the enterprises will help to control the board and executive managers who violate the principle of transparency and public disclosure and to prevent violations. In this research, the related committees also tried to explain the activities and the activities they carried out
