Abstract:

War is the most fundamental truth in the world we live. Thro human history, divisions, inter-class struggles have led to mass wars. The human thought for the humanity, which is the nature of the war itself, the logic remains, has been broken several times into its whole. This dark face of human history has come into a viewing game with all the means of mass communication. The wars have gone out of a military movement and have become dramas the civilians watch while the other civilians are killed. The political world and the political camera cannot always broadcast one-on-one of the war. Sometimes the signs that are not done in the global system, which should not be shown, are activated. Journalism, the ethics of news and the political background of the war are facing. Nowadays, with the shape of wars changing, the conflict areas we call hot areas have begun to move into big cities. In addition to its political consequences, the devastating wars that have led to the world’s global waves of immigration, as well as socially, are now in front of us. The other side of the global war is civil war and terrorism. Terrorism is now seen as another side of the war. The witnesses of all this and our expectations of neutrality are again journalists, documentaries and journalists. The profession of documenting what they dedicate to their lives means to us to receive information from the other world. The problems that the documentaries are facing are the instruments of the war that will be tried to be transmitted in the study. The war went through the conditions of documentation in the visual world, the difficulties of describing the language of the cinema. The examined concepts will be studied through war, cycle and globalization, capitalism, political camera. The article focuses on the concept of visual narrative and documentary narrative.
