İlköğretim denetçilerinin okulları denetleme sürecinde göstermiş oldukları liderlik davranışları okul yöneticilerinin motivasyonu, mesleklerini algılama düzeyleri ve kendilerini geliştirme çabaları açısından önemli bir öğe olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu bağlamda Elazığ il merkezi, ilçe, kasaba ve köylerinde toplam 50 okul yöneticisi üzerinde yapılan araştırmada, lider ve liderlik davranışlarının neler olduğu ilgili alan yazın irdelendikten sonra, okul yöneticilerinin, ilköğretim denetçilerinin liderlik davranışlarına sahip olma düzeylerine ilişkin görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığı irdelenmiştir. Anket yoluyla verilere ulaşılan bu araştırmada; okul yöneticilerinin görüşleri arasında görev yapılan yer ve mesleki kıdem açısından anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan okul yöneticilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda ilköğretim denetçilerinin yöneticilere karşı nesnel davranışlar göstermedikleri, kendi fikirlerinde ısrar ettikleri, il merkezinde görev yapan yöneticilerle diğer yöneticiler arasında ayrım yaptıkları sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The leadership behaviour that primary school auditors have shown in the school control process is considered an important element in terms of the motivation of school managers, their level of perception of their professions and their efforts to improve themselves. In this context, the study conducted over a total of 50 school managers in Elazığ province center, district, towns and villages, the area of what the leadership and leadership behaviors are, after the summer, has been determined whether there is a significant difference between the views of school managers, primary school supervisors on the levels of possession of leadership behaviors. This survey, which has been obtained through the survey, examined whether there is a significant difference between the views of the school managers in terms of the place in which they are engaged and the professional status. According to the opinions of the school managers involved in the study, the result was that primary school managers did not show objective behavior against the managers, they insisted on their own ideas, they made a difference between the managers in the province center and the other managers.
