Customer credit evaluation issue, an important factor in policy making for credited sales, is analyzed through Analytic Network Process (ANP). It is discussed to which extent that the contribution of this method for credit evaluation issue is deliberated via an exemplary firm. A Customer credit evaluation model is improved within ANP framework, in which efficient criteria in customer credit evaluation is used predominantly, based on a data set derived from active customer portfolio for the firm registered in ISE for the term of 2011. The customer credit evaluation analyzed via this model may deliver some important contributions for firms in an effective assessment for present or potential customers. The logistic regression analysis, based on data set of credited and unaccredited active customers of the exemplary firm in 2011, point outs that the improved model estimates the customer credit evaluation at a correctness rate of 92%.
