Dil becerilerinin ölçülmesi ve değerlendirilmesi eğitim öğretim çalışmaları kapsamında önemli bir alandır ve eğitim öğretim süreçlerini de şekillendiren önemli sonuçlara sahiptir. Sınava girecek öğrenciler için olumlu ve motive edici bir öğrenme ve sınav ortamı oluşturmak hem sınav görünüş geçerliği kavramının temeli hem de sınavı hazırlayanların amaçlarından bir tanesidir. Bu amaçla, bu çalışmada sınava giren öğrencilerin, sınavı hazırlayan ve derse giren öğretim elemanlarının sınavdaki maddelerin hazırlanma amaçları ile ilgili görüşleri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Gaziantep Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu İngilizce hazırlık sınıfında öğrenim gören 38 öğrenci, aynı birimden yedi öğretim elemanı ve dört sınav hazırlama komisyonu üyesi yer almıştır. Cevap kodlama formu ve bire bir görüşme yöntemleri kullanılarak nicel ve nitel veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre sınav hazırlayanlar ile derse giren öğretim elemanlarının sınav sorularının amaçlarını eşleştirmede orta düzeyde bir uyuma sahip olduğu, öğrencilerde ise düşük seviyeli bir uyum olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Measurement and evaluation of language skills is an important area within the framework of educational teaching work and has important results that also shape the teaching processes. Creating a positive and motivating learning and exam environment for students to enter the exam is both the foundation of the concept of exam appearance validity and one of the objectives of the exam preparers. For this purpose, the opinions of students entering the exam, the teachers preparing the exam and entering the class were studied on the preparation objectives of the materials in the exam. This study included 38 students studying in the English language preparation class at the University of Gaziantep Foreign Languages High School, seven teachers from the same unit and four members of the examination preparation committee. Answer coding form and individual conversation methods have been collected quantitative and qualitative data. According to the research results, the exam preparers and teachers who enter the class have an average level of conformity in matching the objectives of the exam questions, while the students have a low level of conformity.
