The purpose of this study is the bibliometric evaluation of papers published between July 2011 and January 2016 in Accounting and Financial History Research Journal which is published every 6 months. As a qualitative method of analysis, bibliometric analysis is used in this study.107 papers published in this time-period are taken into evaluation. The institutions that have the most publications in the journal are Marmara University, Dokuz Eylül University, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, İstanbul University, Trakya University. The evaluation of citations shows that journals take the first place as the most used sources, books are the second most used sources, third place is other sources and the fourth most used sources are papers presented at conferences.
