Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the bibliometric features of articles on tourism and leadership. For this purpose, bibliometric analysis of 502 articles on tourism and leadership scanned in the field of business management and social sciences from the Scopus database was carried out using R-Studio software. The annual number of publications of the articles, the most cited articles, the most published and cited journals, the most published and cited authors, the most published and cited countries, the most frequently used keywords by the authors, the most frequently used keywords in the articles words analyzed. At the same time, social network analysis was used to analyze common citations of authors and journals, keyword co-occurrence network analysis, and country collaborations. As a result of the research, it was found that China was the country with the most publications, citations and cooperation, the most published journal was “International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management”, and the most cited journal was the “Journal of Applied Psychology”. It was concluded that “Pablo Ruiz Palomino” was the most cited author and the most cited keyword was “transformational leadership” and the most frequently used keywords in the articles were “tourism management”.
