So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle yönetim bilimi, özellikle kamu yönetimi alanında yeni arayışlar sonucu ortaya çıkan yeni kamu yönetimi anlayışı ile kamu yönetiminde büyük değişimler görülmektedir. Bu değişimlerin sonucunda elektronik devlet adı altında yepyeni bir kavram ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kavramın gelişiminde küreselleşme çerçevesinde internet kullanımının yaygınlaşması ve buna doğru orantılı şekilde kamu kurumlarında ki bürokrasinin yavaşlığının insanlar üzerinde yarattığı olumsuz etkilerin artmasını öncelikli olmuştur. Bu çalışma da küreselleşmeyle birlikte ortaya çıkan yeni kamu yönetimi anlayışına bağlı olarak e-devlet ve bunun alt başlığında gelişen e-demokrasi kavramını inceleyeceğim.
