Point factor method of job evaluation evaluates jobs but not employees. In this evaluation, the higher the job has total point, the higher the employee has more responsibility and job qualifications. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of point factor method of job evaluation on attitudes and behaviors of blue collar workers. The necessary data has been collected from 100 blue collar workers at Bozüyük Eti Food Industry and Trade Co. Inc. that has applied point factor method of job evaluation. The results of this study show that point factor method of job evaluation generally has a positive impact on job satisfaction, but it does not have an impact to perception on equal pay for equal job, motivation, and career of blue-collar workers
