In this study; it is evaluated that the education which will be given about consumer rights will be in what ways and in how forms will it be. For this purpose in Trabzon, there were face to face questionnaire with 385 consumers from different demographic characteristics. In the analysis of questionnaire, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis testes were used. The most important result of this research is; consumers think that opening information offices in the shopping centers, done TV and radio programmes, giving school courses about consumers rights will be the most useful methods for them
