Abstract:

The risks faced by all may arise in unexpected times and make the business difficult. Unexpected situations that have the capacity to negatively affect the entire business are called crises.  The proper management of crises, as much as it is needed and vital in traditional, is equally important in virtual organizations. Because virtual organizations are relatively more prone to crisis.   The aim of this study is to clarify how the crisis can be addressed in virtual enterprises, which is an important aspect that must be managed for each enterprise. Crisis management is an important part of their business in enterprises that run on the general network. The research has been used by the source screening method. Using the relevant academic and industrial resources on the subject, a systematic approach has combined the crisis approaches of virtual organizations in a collective manner.   The study is expected to be a step towards making the importance of the virtual organizations that are increasing every day more prepared for crises. This study may be expected to keep light on the academic work that will be done in the field of crisis management, usually all, especially in virtual organizations.
