This research was conducted to estimate the levels of sharing emotional intelligence within the organization. To obtain the finding, Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Model was used. 20 and under skors low emotional intelligence; 40 and above skors refers to high emotional intelligence. Additionally, the model unforeseen scores between 21-39 mid-level was considered as the level of emotional intelligence, also. Model when answering the statements of the participants by creating a group within the organizational environment, provided in the form of work to be done. Participants, and sharing emotional intelligence within the organization, reached the conclusion that mid-level score. These averages within the sharing emotional intelligence within the organization, they create participants within the group, express mutual feelings, daily requirements of organizations and the mutual resolve against environmental stress enough to cope at the level of emotional intelligence within an organization that has been made is estimated. Social skills sub-dimensions of the three participants in each group also was higher. This result is sufficient for the level of emotional intelligence in organizations to be able to communicate positively with a mean estimated were reviewed. On the other hand managers, the sub-dimension scores was found to be higher than scores of other participants. Such a finding managers, change and problem-solving at a good enough level of sharing emotional intelligence has led to estimate.
