The analysis of the NGO "100 percent of Life", which is engaged in support of HIV/AIDS positive people, is conducted. The structure of personnel is analysed and staff turnover is calculated. It is determined that emotions play a particularly important role for employees of the organization. Emotions influence the efficiency of the consultants’ work and the style of managing them. With the help of Hall’s test, the level of emotional intelligence is determined.
