Abstract:

Religion is a sociological phenomenon that has a significant impact on people and societies. In many societies, people accept religious values as sacred and guided. But sometimes people and groups who want to benefit from this understanding in the direction of their interests appeared. The ignorance, the lack of true faith and the presence of interests above all kinds of value are among the factors that cause religious abuse, while the acceptance of such behaviors in society is associated with the failure of individuals to educate themselves well and the level of education of society. In France and Turkey in some periods the problem of religious abuse has been drawn up by writers, artists and illuminates. In Zola Real and Suntekin's Green Night novels they have addressed this problem that they find very important for the future of their communities. Both novels witness that religion has been transformed from the press world to the educational world, from the church, the church or the medrese circles to the political circles into a "etiket".
