So many results that aren't mine?

How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

The most important element for today's organizations is considered to be human capital. Organizations can only succeed with talented and qualified employees. Hence, the ability of organizations to gain competitiveness can only be achieved by drawing employees to organization, making them part of the organization, being productive and linking them to organization. Adaptation, in other words, socialization is considered as the process of learning the organizational values, rules and behaviors of the person who starts to work in the organization. The main purpose of organizational socialization is to facilitate organization-employee cooperation and adaptation by creating organizational values in the workplace and to improve it as much as possible. The organizational socialization process is the transfer of all elements that create the organizational culture to the employees. Employees learn the purpose of the organization and working and the behaviors expected from him. Thus, employees, recognizing the organizational culture, participates in this culture and can adapt to the organization. All elements of the organizational culture are transferred through organizational communication. Therefore, organizational communication is important in socialization process. The study refers to the phenomenon of communication that takes place in the process of organizational socialization.
