Abstract:

The concept of security was considered one of the most important factors governing the relations between the actors in the international system. The security concept has been a vital value for the international system and especially state actors who wish to create a stable secure environment as the overriding goal. However, the perception of threat for this value has changed over time. Post-Cold War period is diversified threat perceptions along with the acceleration of globalization and accelerated in this context of deepening of the process security concept, draw a security concept limits and the framework can be agreed upon everyone’s been difficult. The answer for the question of "which security", invariably when the nation-state has now evolved towards the subject that there are other communities and individuals in particular. The question about the type of threats are no longer answer only focusing on military issues. As for the response to what kind of threats; such multiple threats, which place its intervention area to all parts of the world, which is hard to predict to understand the source and time, also which cause attacks to the national or international economy, welfare and nature, can be given. The purpose of the study, by putting forward the transformative impact of globalization on the perception of security in this context is to try to explain the changes it has undergone in the past to the present perception of security in relation to state.
