: In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between emotional retirement and job satisfaction. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among 242 participants who were selected according to convenience sampling method among the employees in the service sector.The questionnaire was used as the data collection technique. In the context of the study, participants' emotional labor perceptions were measured using a three-dimensional emotional labor scale developed by Brotheridge and Lee (2003). Participants' job satisfaction was measured by the scale developed by Brown and Peterson (1994). The obtained data were analyzed using relevant statistical analyzes. As a result of the analyzes, there was a negative correlation between fake emotions and job satisfaction, whereas there was a positive positive correlation between hidden emotions and job satisfaction. There was no significant relationship between deep acting and job satisfaction.
