The job satisfaction of the occupants is related to the managerial activity in hotels as well as in every management. The purpose of this study quantitative research methods are used, one of the factors affecting the job satisfaction was to determine the effect on job satisfaction with efficiency of management. This questionnaire, developed for data collection, has been applied to small and medium-sized hotels’ occupants, operating in the Karabük and Sinop provinces selected as research subjects. The total number of surveys returned from the 100 surveys distributed was 85, but 82 surveys were found suitable for analysis. The results of the research are limited to the time of the study, the universe and the sample Findings show that the opinions about job satisfaction are not significantly different according to age, gender, educational status and the position held in the business but it shows that there is a meaningful difference according to the income. Moreover, the result is that job satisfaction depends on managerial efficiency.
