Post Keynesyen iktisatçılar, para arzının içsel olduğunu savunmaktadırlar. Para arzının içselliği, merkez bankasının para arzı üzerinde hiçbir kontrolünün olmaması ve para arzının kredi talebi tarafından belirlenmesi demektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Johansen Eşbütünleşme analizi çerçevesinde Türkiye ekonomisinde para arzının içsel olup olmadığını 2006:1- 2014:11 dönemi için test etmektir. Türkiye’de finansal sistem banka ağırlıklıdır. Bu nedenle bankaların özel sektöre verdiği krediler bağımsız değişken olarak ele alınır iken; para arzı serisi olarak seçilen M2 bağımlı değişken olmaktadır. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen ampirik bulgulara göre, belirtilen dönemde Türkiye’de para arzı içsel olarak belirlenmektedir.
