So many results that aren't mine?

Özet: Basit bir anlatımla stres, işyerinde veya çevrede yer alan ve sağlığa zararlı oiarak görülen oiaylar ve durumiar yüzünden ortaya çıkan belirtileri kapsar. Bireysel bazda gelişen stresin, işletme Örgüt yönetimleri üzerindeki etkisi yadsınamaz bir boyuttadır. Bu nedenle, örgütsel stresin iyi algılanıp, bunun işlevsel kılınmasına çalışılması önemlidir. Bu makalede, "stres kavramı ve kapsamı, stresi oluşturan örgütsel faktörler, stresin yo! açtığı sonuçlar ve stres yönetimi ve kontrolü1' konuları ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, örgütsel stres ve yönetimi ile ilgili taraflara olası önerilerin sıralanması ile sonuçlandırılmıştır.   Abstract: Generally speaking, stress includes symptoms arising from harmful events for individnal as well as organizational health in the scope of organization and external environment. The impacts of individual stress on the management procosses of organizations cannot be underestimated. Due to that, the organizational stress should be comprehensively understood and its nature should be trasformed to functional stress. In this study, the concept of stress and its content, the organizational factors which forms stress, the outcomes arising from stress and finally the management and control of stress are analyzed respectively. We conclude the study with some recommendations about the management methods of organiconceming managers in the organizational world.
