Özet: Bu çalışma, İstanbul Sanayi Odası tarafından her yı! geleneksel olarak, "üretimden. satışlar" kriteri baz alınarak tespit edilen ve Ağustos 2000 ayında açıklanan 1999 yılının verilerine göre, Türkiye'ninbüyük 200 sanayi işletmesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın konusu; ISO 9000 standartları kalite belgesine sahip olan ve olmayan firmaların straıejik insan kaynaklan planlamasına yaklaşımlarını ortaya koymaktır.   Abstract: This study, every year traditionally basing on "from production to sales" criterion fixing and explaining in August 2000 by Association of Istanbul Industry Manufacturers, according to data of 1999 at the biggest 200 industry organizations of Turkey has been put into effect by us. The topic of this research; our study has been explaining approaches of within these firms have and have no the quality certificate of ISO 9000 standards co strategic human resources planning.
