Abstract:

Bu çalışmada kalite iyileştirme sürecinde Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi (FMEA) tekniği incelenmiştir. FMEA tekniği; sistem, tasarım, süreç ve servis konularında hataları ortaya çıkmadan tanımlamayı ve gidermeyi veyaazından kullanıcıdaki etkisini ortadan kaldırmayı hedefleyen bir mühendislik tekniğidir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında Y. Piston&Segman San. ve Tic. A.Ş’de1 üretilen motor pistonlarına uygulanan Proses FMEA ele alınıp, süreçleri incelenmiştir. Piston üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan hatalar FMEA tekniğine göre analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, tekniğin firmanın kalite fonksiyonlarını iyileştirme konusunda başarı sağladığı gösterilmiştir.

Abstract:

This study has studied the error type and impact analysis (FMEA) technique in the quality improvement process. The FMEA technique is an engineering technique aimed at identifying and removing errors in system, design, process and service matters without the fact that they have an impact on the user. The study was conducted by Y. Piston & Segman San. and TIC. The process FMEA applied to the engine piston produced in A.Ş.1 was handled and the processes were studied. The errors in the piston production process were analyzed according to the FMEA technique. The analysis has shown that the technology has succeeded in improving the quality functions of the company.
