The mission of the profit seeking organizations is to satisfy the current needs of people and to create new needs so that they can maintain certain level of profits continuously But during the realization of their missions organizations face many problems The rapid technological developments and complex customer expectations lead organization to look for more talented professional employees In general organizations tend to recruit talented managerial candidates from the universities But since university graduates are perceived as slow reacting to change profit seeking organizations do not prefer universities for management development programs; instead they prefer management consulting companies Some large companies added a strategic dimension to organization development and management performance by establishing their own universities The main purpose of this research is to generate an idea about the management development and training by gathering data from the professionals employed in Adana companies The perceptions of the respondents were analyzed concerning their reactions about the management development programs that they had participated Key Words: Management eduction Management development Organiztional change MBA programs
