Ethics which is crucial arranging human relationships and constituting the social norms through the ages holds a place as an important subject in Tourism sector that has intensive and complex human relations Because of being part of both Tourism sector and Service sector requires Hotel Establishments to be more sensitive and responsible about human relationships This study therefore aims at discovering Front Office employees’ perceptions and viewpoints of ethics in Hotel Establishments As a research method after broad range of literature review a questionnaire application and face to face interviews have been used First participants’ demographic data were inquired and then Likert Scale questions were asked in order to reveal the employees’ perceptions of ethics Finally by analysing the findings obtained from the research it is tried to explain the employees’ understanding of ethics Considering the results it is emerged that employees’ levels of perception of ethics are acceptable but they are affected by managers’ directives and opinions in the Hotels Besides these it can be clearly said that the employees’ character and personality have a great deal of importance on their evel of perception of ethics Key Words: Ethics Ethics in Tourism Code of Ethics Busines Ethics
