The ethical practices in tourism can produce beneficial results almost for all stakeholders from the operators to customers, together with employees. Within this scope, the main purpose of study is to determine the perception of associate's tourism students who are trained as intermediate staffs about business ethics and evaluate its relation with organizational and professional commitment. The research data was collected through the questionnaire in 2012 and 254 available ones were acquired. The results of the research that was conducted on students who study in three different associate degree programs as hotels, travel and guidance, have revealed that there is a significant and positive relation between the perception of ethical rules applied in tourism establishments and organizational and professional commitment
