So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Yıldırma ve Sonuçlarının Meta Analiz Yöntemiyle İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada yıldırma ile sonuçları arasındaki ilişkiler meta analiz yöntemiyle ortaya konulmaktadır. Toplam olarak 25 çalışmadan elde edilen etki büyüklükleri hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar yıldırma ile örgütsel bağlılık, duygusal bağlılık, normatif bağlılık, iş tatmini ve tükenmişlik ile yüksek seviyede, işten ayrılma niyeti ve örgütsel adanmışlık ile orta seviyede ve devam bağlılığı ile düşük seviyede ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir.
