So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Şer‘iye sicilleri, şer‘iye mahkemelerinde yapılan tüm işlemlerin kaydedildiği defterlerdir. Bu kayıtlar Osmanlı hukukunun uygulamasını gözler önüne serdiği gibi, birçok konuda zengin bilgiler içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, 1815 Numaralı Trabzon Şer‘iye Sicili’ne göre kadının hukuki hayattaki yeri incelenmiştir. Sicilde kadınların taraf olduğu kayıtlar içeriklerine göre hukuki açıdan tasnif edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Böylelikle incelenen döneme ilişkin olarak kadının hukuki hayatta ne ölçüde yer aldığının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır
