Abstract:

The general aim of this research is to determine and compare the ideas of parents of children in preschool about raising a child. In the sample of research, there are parents of nine children (18 person) in the a prescool depending on the ministry of education. In this research the method of interview, which is one of the methods of qualitative collecting data, was used and the datas were collected via semi-structured form of interview. They were evaluated by doing content analysis. According to this analysis; it has been concluded that parents generally do not get an education on raising a child and they do not read enough about it; almost their all information while raising a child is stemmed from their own parents and lastly the ideas of them are usually coherent in raising a child
