One of the disputed and important subject of our language is adjective pnrases wint itsmeaning and structure. The meaning side of this group of words has been omitted and defined in today’s linguistics boks as “the group of words consist of two noun components” and “two nouns fallowed each other”. This kind of approach prevents to understand the adjective phrases which has different meanings and structure. Contemporary linguistics is not only interested in the structural side of words and group of words but also interested in the meaning that occurs in the context. If the problem taken into consideration form this point of view, it can be superficial to define adjective phrase as “connecting two nouns with belonging relationship with each oter”. Because this kind of explanationonly highligths the apperent dimension of the adjective phrases. Conseguently, adjective phrases should be evaluated not only as two nouns connecting each other but also as the perpetual and temporary relationship of the components that represents two entities and concepts
