Özet:

Abstract enIn this study, to be able to make an analysis of information interaction under the framework of information economies an original approach has been applied. In this context, three hypotheses have been composed for Turkey. According to first hypothesis, if the industries consisting radical technologies and gradual technologies in Turkey converged, industrial production of Turkey is oriented gradual technologies. According to second hypothesis, if the industries consisting radical technologies and gradual technologies in Turkey diverged, industrial production of Turkey is oriented radical technologies. The third hypothesis rejects both of the two hypotheses. According to third one if there is no convergence and divergence between gradual and radical technologies the information economies follow a stable process. These hypothesis which clarify period of Turkey 1993-2000 have been tested. One of the used variables is technological change and the second is Intra-Industry Trade measures between Turkey and OECD countries in the global level. The third hypothesis has been verified for Turkey. Therefore it has been resulted that the information economies in Turkey follow a stable duration.
