Abstract:

It is seen that today, information technologies are used on every phase during the operation process. Just like the every field of the administration; public relations management and human resources management are affected by the developments in cyber space practices and they apply these practices. This scope is especially public relations and human resources management relation and the importance of this inter-field cooperation, usage of public relations practices in cyber space in the human resources management subjects are stated. Afterwards, the results of interview and public survey research carried out thoroughly within the scope of the study are shared. Solution offers and results are presented in line with the data and information related to the subject, after all of the literature review made and field research practiced.
