The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of staff’s empowerment perception on organizational loyalty. An empirical research was conducted using primary data. The questionnaire is based on Sprietzer’s empowering scale and Alen and Meyers organizational loyalty scales. The questionnaire was distributed using a convenience sampling technique to 234 participants who work in four and five stars hotels in Mardin and Diyarbakır. Statistically, from the findings, it implies that there is a meaningful relation between staff’s empowerment perception and their organizational loyalty. Regression analysis – which is performed to determine the strength between empowerment perception and sub-dimensions - indicates that the amount of relation (the effects of employer’s empowering perception on organizational loyalty) is about 30%.
