Career goals of undergraduate tour guiding students are important since they supply qualified labour force to tourism industry and tour guiding profession. In this respect, aim of this study is to survey professional attitudes and career goals of undergraduate tour guiding students. For this purpose a survey with questionnaire technique was applied on 281 undergraduate tour guiding students in Universities of Çanakkale and Balıkesir. After data collection suitable statistical analyses were realized. As a result, the students of two department types (Travel Management and Tour Guiding vs. Tour Guiding) both offering undergraduate education were differentiated in some dimensions. In brief, students of Travel Management & Tour Guiding had more positive attitudes towards dimensions such as “wages”, social status” and “collaboration” in tourism industry. Likewise, career goals of Tour Guiding students seemed less ambitious than the other group
